Our chef, Meredith, will seduce your senses as you amble aboard after a riotous day of snorkeling or shopping. The spicy pungency of herbs and cheese, the sizzle of the grill, and the expectation of something fabulous to sink you teeth into - are almost too much. Good thing our Captain is providing full cocktail service, how about one before dinner? Capt. Jonny is the November 2007 winner of the Bacardi Blender drink competition in St Thomas.
